Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping and handling fee of ₹90 will be charged on all COD orders, irrespective of the order value.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to shop with confidence at Chandamama Stores. If something doesn't feel right, returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To keep the process smooth, products should be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original condition.

Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–9 business days

Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing an order. Chandamama Stores will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, we recommend recording an unboxing video and contacting us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
