Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend sharing photos and an unboxing video so our team can assist you quickly.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy after delivery. If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
