Return Window
Returns are applicable within 48 hours of receiving the product.
How to Request a Return
For returns, please contact us directly via email or phone. Do not initiate a return without first getting in touch with our team.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only applicable for issues that are a mistake from the brand's side, such as:
- Receiving the wrong article
- Receiving the wrong size
- Receiving a damaged product
Unboxing Video Required
Return will only be applicable if we receive the unboxing video of the product as proof, as per our standard process. Customers are expected to record a video while unpacking the courier.
Cost of Return
Returns are free of cost for the reasons mentioned above.
Returns Not Accepted
Returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of the product are not allowed.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is only applicable for a size exchange of the product, subject to availability from the brand.
Exchanges are chargeable at ₹150.
One-Time Use
Return and exchange are applicable only once per order.
